Pet Friendly Apartments in Gresham, Oregon Springwater Crossing welcomes
your pet! We are a pet friendly community offering plenty of space
for your pet to run and play. Visit Bell Vista Park that sits close
to our community and allow your pet to enjoy a manicure at Pup
Scrub located in the area.
Our apartment homes can
accommodate up to two pets per home and allow them when they are
all grown up, or at least 12 months of age. We allow pets up to 35
lbs. and look forward to your deposit of $250 per pet and
additional rent of $15 per month, per pet. Breed restrictions
apply.
Your pet will enjoy living at Springwater Crossing.
